Pre Rehabilitation Training
We offer physical therapy services to prepare you for your total joint replacement with expert advice with clinical rationale to ease the concern you may have. Learn what stretches, exercises and holistic approach can greatly improve your mobility, strength and mindset as you prepare for your surgery.


Personal and Sports Specific Training
We offer personalized and sports specific training services separate from physical therapy services. Chris is an experienced certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) as well as a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM), with 24 years of strong, diverse experience. He has the knowledge, experience and abilities to help train any client to assist them in losing weight, train for a specific event, or even return back to the gym safely.


Ergonomic Workplace Solutions
We can evaluate your home or at work ergonomic set up ensuring that you are properly optimizing your worksite properly. Improper setup combined with poor posture has been shown to be a reason why repetitive injuries develop particularly in the neck, shoulder and lumbar leading to pain and dysfunction.


Sports Specific Injuries
We understand the importance of staying active and engaged in the sports you love. However, with any physical activity comes the risk of injury. That's why we offer complimentary injury and sport specific screens, and specialized sports injury management services, designed to get you back in the game as quickly and safely as possible.
